Nursing Home Administrator Advanced Certificate (C.A.S.) - HEGIS Code 1202.00


The Nursing Home Administrator graduate certificate offers coursework in the management and long-term health care topics required for Nursing Home Administrator licensing in New York State. Courses include ethical and legal issues, finance, gerontology, human resource management, and nursing home administration. Candidates for nursing home administrator licensing in New York must present evidence that they meet multiple professional qualifications identified by the NYS Department of Health, including a course of study component.
